Sælir strakar....eg er fyrst nuna að komast á netið í eigin tölvu.
Mig langar að pósta hérna nýjum class sem ég hef verið að leika mér að að semja. Ég mun setja inn grunn hugmyndinni, en ég hef einnig gert powers fyrir þennan class, en mér finnst það kannski heldur mikið efni til að pósta inn hérna. Ég kannski sendi Jensa það og hann getur póstað ef honum sýnist svo...vona að það sé í lagi.
Anyway hérna er "The Pale Commander"....
PALE COMMANDER
"Comrades take heed! You might have fallen once, but tonight you shall rise to victory anew! "
CLASS TRAITS
Role:
Leader. You manipulate the very essence of life it self. You have the power to raise the dead as you march on to victory. Drawing energy from your enemies and bolstering your allies. The further you march the larger your army gets.
Power Source:
Arcane. Your power comes from the study of ancient grimoires and leather bound books. From years spent inside the crypts themselves, studying and coexisting with the undead. A power often shunned upon, practiced by the daring few and hardly ever mentioned except in fearful whispers.
Key Abilities: Constitution, Intelligence, Charisma.
Armor Proficiencies:
Cloth, Leather.
Weapon Proficiencies:
Simple melee, Martial melee, Simple ranged.
Implement:
Orb (Tomes)
Bonus to defense:
+1 Fortitude, +1 Will.
Hit Points at 1st Level:
12 + Constitution score.
Hit Points per Level Gained:
5
Healing Surges per Day:
10 + Constitution modifier.
Trained Skills:
Religion. From the class skills list below, choose three more trained skills at 1st level.
Class Skills: Arcana (Int), Athletics (Str), Endurance (Con), Heal (Wis), History (Int), Intimidate (Cha), Religion (Int).
Build Options:
Undead Hunter, Crypt Friend.
Class Feature:
Necromantic Path, Animate Dead, Strong Life Force, Ritual Caster, Transfer Life Force.(Þetta eru allt hugmyndir...er enþá að vinna í þessu)
In musky crypts deep within the catacombs there are rumors of a secret order of necromancers called the Pale Commanders. These enigmatic battle leaders have mastered control over life and death. They can control the undead, draw the life out of there enemies and bolster there allies.
As a Pale Commander your studies have taken you far beyond, to a place very few would dare to follow. Unlike a Cleric who gains his power from a specific deity, you must draw it forth from yourself or others. You are skilled at manipulating the life energies that surround us all, healing the wounded as easily as you snuff the life force from your foes and seek the dead to aid you from beyond the grave.
You might be a sinister manipulator of the life forces seeking to enslave the undead to do your bidding, or you might be an undead hunter sworn to protect the living and stop those that seek to misuse necromancy.
Pale commanders are often only spoken of in hushed and fearful tones. Only a few have ever been rumored to exist, often loners shunned by society, yet when a vampire preys on a village or if a ghost will not rest in peace, they all secretly seek out the Pale Commander.
Pale Commander Class Features:
RITUAL CASTING:
You gain the ritual casting feat as a bonus feat, allowing you to use magical rituals.
STRONG LIFE FORCE:
From years living in close proximity with the undead you have developed a tolerance for them. You have resistance to necrotic and cold equal to 5 plus half your level.
NECROMANTIC PATH:
Pale Commanders have varies ways of connecting to the life forces that fuel their magical art. Choose one of the following options.
White Path:
Grey Path:
Black Path:

Conceptið virkar frekar vel. Thumbs up there. Hlakka bara til að sjá powers og svoleiðis hjá honum svo maður getur fengið fíling fyrir hvernig classinn myndi virka. Dettur reyndar eitt í hug og það er að mæla með að þú skoðir Arcane Power bókina. Það er section þar fyrir Summoner Wizards, sem myndi kannski vera gott base til að byggja á fyrir raising undeads. Bara svona hugdetta

Encounter, Arcane, Necrotic
Target: One creature with the undead keyword
Attack: Intelligence vs. Will
Hit: The undead becomes an ally
Special: Usable 2 times per day but once per round. At 16 Level usable 3 times per day.

ANIMATE DEAD:
" With the mere touch of your finger you give the dead a spark of life."
Daily, Arcane, Healing.
Standard Action Melee Touch
Target: One creature
Effect: You may animate a corpse to rise and take arms in battle with you. They persist until the end of the encounter or until you dismiss them.
Special: You have to spend a healing surge to use this power. You can use it twice per day, but only once per round. At 16 level you can use this power three time per day. You healing surge also determines there hit points, other then that they are as per monsters manual.

Já þetta er flott concept og powerinn sem þú sendir mér eru mjög góð.
En það er spurning um að fara varlega í undead creating stöff, því þá ertu kominn mikið í controllerinn. Þetta ætti að vera leader sem getur farið í átt controlers eða Leaders (fer eftir val á powerum).
Það vantar eiginlega, til þess að geta séð heildarmyndina, grunnpowerið þ.e.a.s hvað fá allir pale commanders. Er það healing eins og hjá cleric eða warlord eða eitthvað annað?

Ja einmitt...eg hafdi hugsad mer leader sem fer i attina a controler. Svo kalladur hybrid class.
Eg er entha ad vinna i grunn powerunum, kannski mismunandi eftir path....vaeri opin fyrir hugdettum. Var buin ad spa i svona healing daemi, en eins og eg segji tha er thetta en i vinnslu......hugmyndir anybody?

Gætir látið Leader aspectið fá eitthvað góða necromancy fílingu.. t.d. til að geta healað einhvern, þá þarftu fyrst að gera damage á óvin til að draina smá life force sem er síðan notað í healing.

TRANSFER LIFE: Thad virkar a tvennan hatt annars vegar eins og healing word hja Cleric nema hvad thu eda willing ally verdur ad eyda surge-i fyrir target-id
og hinns vegar standard action sem gerir sma skada a ovin og ally faer hit points en tharf ekki ad eyda surge.
Svo var eg ad spa med tveimur mismunandi paths:
The whit path og the dark path og hver um sig gaefi eitthvad, en eg hef ekki fundid ut ur thvi enn. En hugmyndir vel thegnar....

Living years of solitude studying within the crypts has brought you closer together with the undead. As a Pale Commander you see them as companions rather then monsters. Maybe its because you can still see that they were once human or maybe its because for them you are a relief from the bounds of undeath. What ever the reason, there is a bond between you and them.
Crypt Friend:
"The dead are not so bad, at least not when you get to know them."
Encounter, Arcane, Charm, Implement
Standard Action Burst 2 (5 at 11th level, 8 at 21st level)
Target: Each undead creature in burst
Attack: Charisma vs. Will
Hit: The target becomes an ally (save ends).
Special: Elite and solo monsters get a +2 bonus to this saving throw. Minions suffer a -2.
NECROMANTIC PATH:
Pale Commanders have varies ways of connecting to the life forces that fuel their magical art. Choose one of the following paths.
THE WHITE PATH:
Channel Positive Life Force: As a minor action you may substitute any necrotic damage as radiant damage.
Healing Force: Each time you use a power with the healing keyword you may add your Intelligence modifier to the hit points regained.
THE DARK PATH:
Will the Undead: You gain a + 2 bonus to your Crypt Friend power.
Strong Life Force: You have spent so much time with the undead and practicing necrotic magic that you have developed a resistance to it, you gain resist necrotic equal to 5.
RITUAL CASTING:
You gain the ritual casting feat as a bonus feat, allowing you to use magical rituals.
TRANSFER LIFE:
Through the use of necromancy a Pale Commander can grant his comrades additional resilience with a mere touch. But by doing so he must tap into the life forces of those around him.
Transfer Life:
"You can draw on the life forces to bolster your allies, but someone else must pay the pound of flesh."
Encounter (Special), Arcane, Healing, Necrotic
Special: You may use either one of these powers twice per encounter, but only once per round. At 16 level you can use either power three times per encounter
Power 1:
Minor Action Close burst 5 (10 at 11th level, 15 at 21st level)
Target: One creature
Effect: You or a willing ally spends a healing surge but regain no hit points. Instead the target regains ht points as if he had spent a healing surge as well as an additional 1d6 hit points.
The amount of additional hit points regained is 2d6 at 6th level, 3d6 at 11th level, 4d6 at 16th level, 5d6 at 21st level and 6d6 at 26th level.
Power 2:
Standard action Ranged 10 (20 at 21st level)
Target: One creature
Attack: Intelligence + 2 vs. Fortitude
Hit: 1d8 + Intelligence modifier necrotic damage and a ally within 5 squares (10 at 11th level, 15 at 21st level) regains hit points as if he had spent a healing surge as well as an additional 1d6 hit points.
The amount of additional hit points regained is 2d6 at 6th level, 3d6 at 11th level, 4d6 at 16th level, 5d6 at 21st level and 6d6 at 26th level.
Increase damage to 2d8 + Intelligence modifier at 21st level.

Crypt friend ætti að vera dominated, ekki ally (save ends).
Annars lítur þetta vel út. En þetta er karakter class sem er mjög specific. Ef það eru ekki mikið af undeads í ævintýrunum.... en kannski er það bara svona first view...

Ja dominated aetti thad ad vera...thad var meiningin hja mer allveganna.
Eg held ad hann se ekki thad specific...ju hann er thad svo sem, en ekki endilega meira en Cleric. Hann er leader/controler og virkar alveg sem slikur, powerin hanns byggjast ekkert a undead og virka i hvada adstaedum sem er. Hann er bara i essinu sinu thegar undeads eru annars vegar, en thad er cleric lika reyndar.
I white path tha er annad powerid a undead, en hitt er general og somuleidis med dark path, svo geta their healad eins og leaders gera, en pinu fiffad.
Thu skodar powerinn thegar eg kem heim svo...eg hef samid fleirri.
